FTS provides you with its skills in the robotic welding process (arc welding and resistance welding).
The robots
We integrate traditional robots from ABB, Fanuc and KUKA as well as collaborative robots from Fanuc, Jaka and UR .
Resistance welding
FTS is one of the only players on the market capable of integrating medium frequency welding generators from the ranges of ARO, Bosch and WTC with the ability to program, test and optimize the welding parameters.
Arc welding
FTS has partnered with Fronius to offer customers a quality, proven solution for all types of robotic arc welding.
Automation solutions
In our welding area, we mainly offer Siemens or Schneider automation systems that can control all the necessary peripherals. This include light barriers, access control, laser scanner, automatic curtain, vision, control screen, additional axis management, and pneumatic component control.
Study and simulation
The mechanical, automation and robotics design office is equipped with Solid Works and Catia licenses for 3D studies. This is completed by simulation licenses (process simulate) to guarantee an optimal start-up of the installation.
Execute
We take into account in all our studies the ergonomics of the workstation for the operator's well-being as well as the accessibility to the settings through touch screens for the production and maintenance services to handle the welding area properly. For maintenance, we offer remote maintenance modules to allow remote intervention initially.

All the equipment we deliver to our customers meets CE safety standards to protect operators and investors from any risk of accident.
